Flange gaskets are used to create a static seal between two flange faces, at various operating conditions, with varied pressure and temperature ratings. The gasket fills the microscopic spaces and irregularities of the flange faces, and then it forms a seal that is designed to prevent the leakage of liquids and gases. Gaskets are typically manufactured from soft materials (such as rubber). These gaskets are used in a wide range of applications such as standard pipe gaskets and heat exchangers. They come in a variety of sizes and are categorized by their inside diameter and their outside diameter. There are many standards in gasket for flanges of pipes. Gaskets can be classified in many different ways, for example: by material, by function, or by application.

We manufacture and supply pipe gaskets, otherwise known as flange gaskets. Besides the standard sizes we offer, our company can also manufacture a special size or a type rubber gaskets based on your own measurements and specifications.

The base color of made gaskets is black, but the color may be different depending on the customer's requirement.

For manufacturing flange gaskets our company mainly use styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR). Its particular advantages include excellent abrasion resistance, and generally better aging characteristics than natural rubber. Unlike NR, it tends to harden with age instead of softening. Its temperature range is from approximately -45°C to 121°C.
