Technical rubber sheets and rolls have different applications depending on their characteristics. Industrial rubber (for common use) according to its composition is characterized by good resistance to diluted acids and bases, salts, water and weather. Unlike the previous one, the vibration resistant rubber possesses low physical and mechanical properties and low resistance to atmosphere conditions, but its advantage is that it reduces the mechanical and sound vibrations. Oil resistant rubber is suitable for mineral oils, greases, solvents and fuels. Good resistance to abrasion and high physical and mechanical characteristics is typical of abrasive resistant rubber. Acid and base resistant rubber shows best results against concentrated hydrochloric and acetic acid, it has also good resistance to water and atmosphere conditions.

We manufacture rubber sheets and rolls with different properties – an industrial rubber (for conventional purpose), and rubbers resistant to oils, abrasions, vibrations, acids and bases. Rolls we offer can be made in various width (from 600 to 1200 mm) and thickness (from 0.8 to 12.0 mm). Depending upon the requirements of our customer, we manufacture the sheets and rolls with or without textile insertion.

These products are manufactured by elastomers - natural rubber (NR) styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), ethylene propylene diene monomer (M-class) rubber (EPDM), polybutadiene rubber (BR), and polychloroprene rubber (CR).
